Phone interview with HR. HR representative was very friendly and energetic. Rep had worked at company for 10 years so provided good insight into the company culture. Conversation lasted a little over 30 minutes. Allowed me some time to ask questions. Told me they would want to bring me into the office for interviews.

Asked for overview of my career then asked a few questions about ability to work with other departments and influence change. Also asked about wiliness to relocate to Wisconsin. Asked about my current salary and bonus. HR sent me an email the next week indicating the the job was at a salary level well below what I am currently making so they would not pursue with me unless the job was later reclassified to a higher level.
