Assists Customer Care Professionals answering questions and/or providing coaching to ensure specialists understand troubleshooting, all products and services, and has strong knowledge of policies and procedures.
Works with Supervisors to ensure Team and Customer Care Professional development.
Assists in handling escalated problem-solving issues and difficult customer calls, while working with the management team.
Assists in identifying call driver activity and real time agent efficiencies.
Assists in building team environment.
Performs other duties as assigned.

It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.

It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
