Very long process. I was in the office 3 times. First time almost 2 hours interview with my direct supervisor. Mostly, behavioural questions and assessment for cultural fit into the office. Very few qualification questions. Second time, I had spoken to 4 different people in the office including two partners to whom my direct supervisor reports, and an associate who started with the firm also in Analyst capacity. That same day I was asked to complete 1 analytical task and had it reviewed with one of the interviewers. Third, time I had spoke to three or four more people. Mostly, personal questions, cultural fit questions, and general career questions. People in the office have very positive attitude and very friendly.
