I was surprised at how efficient and personable the interview process was. The interview process consisted of initial conversations with the team followed by a work sample and onsite interview in Austin. Spreetail seems to be genuinely invested in its employees and on a great growth trajectory. The people I met were passionate, insightful and excited to make an impact.
