There were four rounds of interviews: - The first round was a take-home assignment on database design. - The second round was a review of the assignment, along with follow-up questions related to it. This round was conducted by one of the pod leads. - The third round was a general discussion about my past experience and how I tackled various challenges at work. There were two panelists for this round, both of whom were pod leads. - The final round was with the head of engineering, who gave a coding question. It was not a typical data structures and algorithms (DSA) question but instead focused on handling datetime formats. Overall, it was a very unusual interview experience. Instead of the standard DSA, low-level design (LLD), and high-level design (HLD) questions, the team asked questions related to real-world work. All the interviewers were knowledgeable and friendly.

I applied via linkedin and the recruiter reached out to me setting up an initial call. It was an introductory call where the the recruiter discussed about the job role and company background. Followed up by questions around my resume The recruiter said a home task assignement will be provided on the next day but i never got an email back neither any follow up on rejections/feedback
