The process took around 4-5 weeks. Phone screen, interview with the hiring manager, written sample, panel interview. Overall, the process isn't too terrible, but they basically want you to have a ton of experience already in this field and be ready to go without them needing to train you. If you don't have experience in this type of field, then don't bother applying. Interviewrs did not give a great amount of detail about the day-to-day operations and did not give a clear overview of the job process. One big red flag is that they'll call you to let you know "either way", which I found a bit off-putting. The interview process wasn't difficult, but the overall atmosphere isn't accommodating to what they're looking for, either you answer them correctly or you don't get the job, period.

My first screening interview was with a lively, engaged recruiter who asked great questions and made me feel exceptionally welcome and excited about the opportunity. Unfortunately my second interview with the hiring manager was extremely impersonal, to the point where I questioned if the hiring manager on screen was actually AI. They did not take any time to get to know me, read questions off to me rapid-fire like they were being launched from a cannon, and did not ask any follow-up questions nor engage in any conversation. Obviously, I was not selected to move forward nor would I have enjoyed working in such an environment. Please have some humanity in the workforce!
