They were conducting an interview session for their new store opening. There were a dozen other interviewees in attendance. I interviewed with one employee, who asked me questions about my previous work experiences and then some scenario questions. I then interviewed with the store manager, who recapped what the first interviewer and I had talked about and wanted to get an idea of why I want to work at Sprouts. Both interviewers were very friendly and personable. After talking to the store manager, he told me he wanted to bring me on board and we discussed compensation. I then had to go and take a drug screen there on the premises. Once you have passed, they then give you info about the next steps. It was an overall great experience.
