They basically want to see your outgoing "salesman" personality. If you don't talk a lot or seem introverted or shy, you won't get an offer. All positions are sales-focused, especially on attaching the Staples extended warranty plans to all eligible items. You will be asked on how to present these or how to attach them. They want to see comfort in the sale, not forcing it or robotic sales lines. Be natural with it.

when i arrived there, the manager was very nice and welcoming and it went very smoothly,i arrived on time and i was early to the interview.He also asked me questions like my availability, my schooling, what made me interested in working with staples and what i hope to achieve in the long run
The interview was very informative and well conducted. The time spent was appropriate and the questions were consistent with my experience at other interviews. The person conducting the interview was professional

Simple and easy, encouraged for part-time jobs and with a good team enviornment. flexible schedule as well helped with part-time university/school schedules. It was a good experience and reccomended for retail opportunities
