The process took two weeks in total. My future boss and an HR representative were present. The whole process was overall very good: the attitude was always very professional and kind at the same time. There was a first short interview on the phone, which was then followed by a second interview via Skype, lasting longer. The process is sequential: first your CV and cover letter are examined, then you might be invited for the first phone interview; the Skype interview is the final round.
