Overall, the interview process felt inconsistent and not well-structured. In earlier rounds, the conversations felt somewhat transactional and disengaged, which made it difficult to get a clear sense of the team or role. While the interviewers were professional, the experience did not feel particularly welcoming or collaborative. The technical interview was the most challenging part of the process due to unclear and loosely defined questions. Even after asking for clarification, it remained difficult to understand what was being asked, which made it hard to effectively demonstrate my knowledge. Additionally, the tone during parts of the technical interview came across as dismissive rather than supportive. Post-interview communication was also impersonal, including incorrect use of my name, which reinforced the overall lack of attention to detail. Overall, I would recommend improving the structure and clarity of the interview process, as well as fostering a more engaging and candidate-friendly experience.
