I had a video interview pretty quickly after I submitted my application. I recall that the deadline for the interview was approximately 5-7 days after the initial notification. There were about 8 questions in the video interview.

There is a Hire-vue and they give you a week to complete, mainly consisting of why Starwood. I would just make sure to go through Starwood's news articles and what makes it stand out to you.
