Process took few weeks as I needed to travel from the West coast to the East one. Started with a phone call with one of their recruiters. I had a really good conversation with him, he was very knowledgable about both his company and their industry. Then, they sent me some homework to complete. Not too hard, but pretty long if you want to make it nice. Finally, went for the onsite. It was a 4-5 hour interview. Met a senior Android eng, the lead Android, VP of engineering and CTO. Was a really great experience all along the way, they were all very communicative and friendly. They are clearly passionate about what they do. I eventually had a chance to meet their cofounder, who was a really nice surprise. I loved having a conversation with him. After few days, they made me an offer. I ultimately declined it for personal reasons but I would love circling back with them again.

8 hour interview, easy LC question but I froze hard. Did well on everything else. Asked the HR guy who interviewed me how he likes working at Stash… he gave me a dead stare for a minute and then huffed, puffed and said “it’s ok”. 8 hour interview and I reached out to recruiter thanking him for the teams time. No response from recruiter, avoid at all costs.
