Very informal, agent was extremely nice and very informative. I engaged in conversation for about twenty minutes with the agent. I was told I need to take a personality test and then we scheduled an interview next week to go over the test results and I was asked to do a presentation on State Farm bank credit cards.

The furst interview with them was on phone for about 15 minutes then you fill out a sms questionnaire that takes about an hour or so. I'm hoping to get into om the second round of interviews

This interview process was almost comical, first I attempted a virtual interview through Jarvi and had tons of technical difficulties. Then someone reached out to schedule a zoom meeting a couple days later. I joined the zoom meeting to find out this zoom link was for an Allstate interview. Maybe it was Zoom’s fault and not State Farm, but just had to laugh this one off.
