Depends on the agent, but it was short and simple. Went over resume, asked about prior experience. Asked basic questions, why this company, why sales. Etc. It's sales. If you don't sell they just fire you.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
