Went to the job fair and was interviewed on the spot. After that, I received email for employment testing. That was easy enough and next was email for background check and drug testing. after that was completed, I received email with training information. I received another email of final job and the person's information to contact if accepted. Process takes about 2.5 to 3 months from interviewing to first day on the job. Salary is fixed -- no negotiating.

I was asked questions about why I should be hired, my experience dealing with difficult situations etc. It took longer than I was told to hear back from State Farm, and I took myself out of the hiring process. I was then called and told that they had an offer for me.

Virtual recorded interview is first after passing typing test. Second, interview is with an HR Rep. It is not a full interview but giving an over view of the position and expectations. After that is discussed, you are asked if the job is something you are still interested in. Offers are sent in writing.
