easy but have to spent time looking at all of their requirements and go over the interview questions. Have to make sure you know about the company to answer the questions.

Process was smooth. Was disappointed in the recorded video interview. Seems like a cheap way to interview in my opinion. I would not recommend this company at this time, due to the fact that they cannot interview correctly.

It was a hirevue, and the questions were all behavioral: why do you want this job, tell us more about you, when have you faced conflict, etc. There were five questions in all.

Standard STAR interview question process. "Tell me about a time when". State Farm "nice" is definitely on their criteria list. Make sure to have a response around diversity and inclusion.
