First interview is over the phone with HR, it lasts about an hour. Basic questions plus strengths and weaknesses, how peers and managers think of you.
Next the in person interview is with a panel. They ask questions, similar to phone interview questions. Be sure to know about State Farm, other than its an insurance company. Management takes pride in their careers.

Simple 2 person interview in person. It Took about 30 minutes and consisted of just the standard situational questions. Job offer came about two weeks later. Overall I would say it was a well run process.

The interview process is about 2 weeks long. Very easy because they have a high turnover rate. Basic questions along with past work experience. I would say anybody can pass.
