The head agent sat me down and told me about herself and what she did in order to become an agent. She also taught me more about the company and what they did and how agents are just contractors for State Farm. She then let me tell her about myself. After, she continued on about the job and duties that came along with it.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
