I applied for the position in Nov./Dec. 2015 and took an online assessment at the end of December. I was sent a confirmation email where I was offered the position but the training class didn't start until March with the pay attatched. I received another email a month later the training class would start May 9th with a higher pay (Good things come to those who wait). After I received the email I scheduled an over the phone interview for the next week, and the questions were pretty easy and general. I was offered the position just waiting on my emails can't wait to start

I've interviewed with this company. Very straight forward process. Would recommend applying to this job. The steps depends on the recruiter the agency uses. Mainly over the phone interviews, video, and in person last.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
