I applied through their online job postings as well as through my university. Then a quick phone interview which was mostly a 3rd party screening agency rep talking about information i already knew about the company. The in person interview was scheduled for 3 weeks out. It was very laid back and was mostly a conversation about how they enjoyed their job. they did not ask about any specific skills related to the position. They are mosty concerned about how excited you are about the position and company. we talked a lot about how they are involved in the community and try to promote close relationships within the company.
