Currently went through the interview process at StatusNeo for an Associate Consultant role, and it was a well-structured and positive experience. The process focused both on problem-solving and communication, which felt very aligned with a consulting mindset. Interviewers were friendly and made the conversation comfortable, while still pushing you to think clearly and structure your answers properly. It felt less like a Q&A and more like a discussion around how you approach problems. What stood out was the emphasis on clarity of thought and practical thinking rather than just textbook answers. The case-style discussions and situational questions gave a good sense of real project work. Overall, it felt like a fair and professional process, with a good balance between technical understanding and consulting skills, leaving a strong impression of the company’s work culture.

First contact with HR after meeting them at an event. They facilitated the application process, really guided throughout the process and explained what was to come in the interviews- no surprises at all. Had 3 case interviews on the same day, all interviewers were nice, encouraging and had a collaborative approach. Expected it to be very uncomfortable and stressful, but was quite the opposite. That said, thorough preparation for the case interviews is encouraged from the beginning, expected by them, and very much needed! But these expectations were clear from the beginning.
