There was a straightforward application on their website where I was able to upload my resume. I was invited to their office for an in person interview that was very conversational and genuine. The employee who interviewed me also gave a brief presentation explaining their motivation to rebrand from SE Solutions to Steampunk and the importance that their core values played in this transition. A couple weeks later, I was extended an offer to join their team as a summer intern and accepted without hesitation.
early / preinterview is pretty easy and straightforward mainly explained the programs and asked about experience and skills but not in a technical way. It was with a HR person

The interview indeed felt straightforward and relaxed, which I believe fostered a positive exchange of information. I had prepared several case studies from my portfolio to present and discuss, although it turned out only one was needed for review. Nonetheless, I'm glad I was ready with more examples, as it allowed me to showcase my experiences and skills thoroughly. Thank you for the opportunity to discuss my background and contributions in detail.

The interview Process was great. There were 2 and not to hard to maneuver. The recruiter was as knowledgeable about my role, but I get that's not her part. The interview was very relaxed and that made it better for answering questions.
