Only had my initial call with the HR person. They do schedule 4 calls in total. It’s a wonder why I’ve never heard of this company. You’ll never acquire and keep talent with the lack of professionalism and courtesy. HR person ghosted me after telling them my salary requirements. Stick to Spotify, this company will not last long.

Applied online and got a response pretty fast. Had a chat with the Android guy on the phone even though an onsite was already planned, which I thought was odd (what was he going to reject me beforehand?) I went to onsite and was only asked scenario questions with nothing technical for only 30 minutes and then it was over. I showed them the numerous ways their app design was flawed but I guess they didn't care. I think the Android guy seems to think the design is not a problem so in that case, we disagree. I was told that I would receive a coding project if they wanted to move forward but I never did and instead got a call from an HR about a week later saying I was rejected. Companies like these don't understand that if you want your app to be award-winning, you must deeply care about design.
