I applied to their job posting and was contacted by an external recruiter. That led to an interview with the hiring manager and a member of their team. Both seemed very busy but also competent and respectful of my time. I didn't hear anything for a month but then I went on a panel interview with those two, another business head, and an outside consultant. All were very nice and knowledgeable. Seemed like big-picture thinkers.
