The interview process was one half day at the New York HQ. Consisted of 3 back to back case/behavioral interviews. Each interview lasted 1 hour for a total of 3 hours of interviewing. Each interview was 30 min behavioral and 30 min case.

Der Prozess mit allen 3 Runden ist remote und an einem Tag erledigt, inklusive Vertragsangebot, welches man direkt am selben Tag erhält. Ein Interview ist auf Englisch.

The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
