The interviewer's call was late, and then told me we would have less time than originally scheduled. The first question was, "What clubs did you join in high school?" When I asked if we could focus our interview on my most recent ten years because that was where I had experience relevant to the position, the interviewer's reply was "please answer the question." The follow-up question was, "how did you choose your university?" Apparently the interviewer had limited experience with interviewing workers at anything other than entry level. Be prepared to walk through your earliest pre-career in your interview at this company.
