On the Gallup interview, everything that you've been involved with since your freshman year of college is fair game so be ready. Flown to KZoo for numerous 1x1 interviews -- line mgmt, HR, peers and a senior leader or two. Received the offer in less than 48 hours after leaving the site.

HR phone screening, then HM interview. after that, you will get a 2-3 hour phone interview for the personality test, which was pure crazy. I had no idea what I was talking about in the later part of the personality test. and yes, the test is very very important. you have to have the personality they want for the position to move forward with the process
