The first round interview was pretty standard and fine; 45 min interview with the hiring manager. However, the second round interview is a personality interview with Gallup. It is a phone interview where a live person asks you over 100 questions in 1.5-2 hours. It is intense. Unlike a regular interview, the questions are one-sided and not conversational at all. So I left the interview feeling exhausted and not learning any more about the position or company. I was being considered for two different positions so had to do the interview two separate times. In the end, I didn't move on in the process for either role. It felt like a big waste of time because I even though I gave 4 hours of my time, all they said was they had better candidates. I wish they had given better feedback as to why I wasn't a better fit or just rejected me before I spent time on two intense interviews.

HR phone screening, then HM interview. after that, you will get a 2-3 hour phone interview for the personality test, which was pure crazy. I had no idea what I was talking about in the later part of the personality test. and yes, the test is very very important. you have to have the personality they want for the position to move forward with the process
