I was contacted through email for an group interview.
We got to present our personal item, and they presented a video of the school.
We got to demonstrate a lesson plan, and then sheets of a poem, and which school we would want to be located, and a letter to a colleague that was not prepared.

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.

Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
