Go through the ATS almost instantly. Got a questionnaire by email. Answered and haven't heard back, 10 days ago. Questions were subjective, looked like they needed someone to be able to scale how their engineering team operates and questions were specific about those.

Met with a recruiter, general questions about my background. I was told I might be a good fit for a HoE role. I was then sent a homework assignment to complete. I completed the homework assignment and questionnaire and I never heard anything back. I emailed the recruiter and the email was undelivered. I reached out to the recruiter and I was told they fired their entire recruiting team.

All of the things mentioned by others in the 15 minute interview with Nasser happened to me as well. I'm generally tolerant of people feeling rushed, so I intended to keep going. But should you stick that one out, the next step is a 4 hour take-home, and they also wanted to slip in another unannounced interview with the CTO in a loop that already felt like it was dragging on. I dropped at this point - most candidates at this level are pretty busy, and on my part it was impossible to schedule the block. Moreover, the asymmetry and inefficiency of only getting 15 min of rushed time from them and then having to take 4 hours out of my day to complete homework was not lost on me. I didn't feel respected by the company.
Take-homes aren't usually seen at this level at all, but if the company is intent on one, an obvious suggestion is to run it early in the process. Seeing a take-home *after* hearing that the team is crunched down to 15 minute back-to-back rapid fire slots is a red flag, since it's such an easy time management optimization to flip the order of those.
