It was easy. I had the job before I had even walked through the door. I should’ve know it was likely a red flag. High turnover rate so they are desperate for employees. You have to pass a background check, a drug test, and a TB test.

Average regular interview . Asked a lot of clinical questions and also personal questions as well. They were very interested in the relationships with the residents Overall was a great experience
