First they sent a questionnaire regarding technologies I use, my experience in open-source community etc. Then we had an initial interview with one of founders in which he said that he is not a tech guy and other co-founder is mostly dealing with tech related things etc. We had a general talk regarding our background, experience etc. Then another interview is scheduled with the other co-founder. Day before the interview I sent a mail regarding the length of the interview and if scheduled half an hour time slot is enough for them or not. They both replied that it is fine. The interview was most shortest one in my professional experience. We just said hi, he asked to what role I applied, I said ML related role, but both ML and Python is good with me. Then he said that he is unprepared and he will reschedule the interview by talking with other co-founder, although I had sent an email day before regarding the interview. It took a few minutes. After a few hours later I got an email regarding they won't move forward. It was most weird interview process in my life.
