First, I had a 30 min interview with the team lead, followed by a 2.5-hour test. The two more one-hour interviews, one with the team lead and manager and one with team members. Finally, a one-hour interview with an executive from the head office. All interviews were conducted via zoom.

The interview process included a test task, a preliminary screening interview, and several rounds of interviews with team leads and team members. All the steps were communicated in advance clearly and professionally, and I felt welcomed and supported through the whole recruitment process. Special thanks to the recruiter, who supported me through each step and was always ready to answer any questions I had during the process. Overall, I had an amazing experience with this interview process, and I would highly recommend Grammarly as a company with well-established hiring procedures, timely responses, and a caring attitude. I received the offer, and I am super excited to start!
