      Interview Process Hackerearth LLD HR Round Data Structures/Algorithms High level Design Round Final Round with Founder HR's were too supportive after each rounds updated were provided and technical team is strong with good knowledge and was offered good package.

      Colloquio

      Round 1: First round was 1.5-2 hours hacker rank coding test. Round 2: F2F DS Algo round. [1.5 hours] Round 3: F2F Design LLD round. [1.5 hours] Round 4: F2F Design HLD round. [2 hours] Round 5: F2F discussion with Sr. HR [30 mins] Round 6: F2F Round with Co-Founder [1.5 hours] All my technical rounds went 'great', as was confirmed by HR after each round (many rounds were on different days), and before last round HR told me that I am being considered for Staff SE(SDE3 level) since all technical rounds went good. Discussion with co-founder also went good, as I answered well almost everything. After this round, the HR told me that co-founder felt there was high aggression on some instance and thats why we are not considering further (Despite all my previous rounds going super!). And the instance which he talked about was actually something which got praised in my current company by my managers and CTO, on how well I handled and showed ownership. After my repeatedly asking them for specific feedback (as the reason told by HR and my actual experience were exactly opposite), as I have given 10+ hours to them for interviews, they didn't respond back. I would strongly suggest don't go through their interview process, unless you want to waste 10-15 hours, just to be told NO in the end with some very random reason.

      Coding & Design rounds were standard with avg-good difficulty. Co-founder round was mix of technical and other behavioral questions.
