Interview process was good and well organized. The only thing is the recruiters raised a lot of hopes explicitly telling in the email and phone that you got excellent feedback. They were super nice during the process. Yet it didn't get translated into an offer, and I was told I was super close but the other candidate had more experience so he got the role.
Then again I reapplied for a slightly junior role which was also open. Again the recruiter raised a lot of hopes and acted as I have almost got the job, just sending of the offer letter is remaining. And suddenly they dropped me at the last minute. This time the recruiter didn't even had the courtesy to email me a formal rejection. They simply ignored my messages.
I think they just keep interviewing until they find someone better, and keep the in-process candidate hanging.

There was a technical screen using a surveymonkey survey for the questions followed by a phone call with the hiring manager and an onsite interview that consisted of 5 different interview.
