First they came on campus and gave an informational interview. The following day we had interviews on campus with the recruiters. Then there was a follow up phone interview and last they flew me out to philly. In philly you sit with two different traders and talk to them about what they do. Then you have lunch and have a group panel where you problem solve in groups. Finally they bring you into a room and have a couple people interview you with math questions.

4 rounds of interview 1- recruiter background check 2- HR to screen candidate/ behaviour question 3- trader - technical questions 4- head of operation - heavy operational stuffs Overall pretty good. Last round you really need to prepare they will ask you to solve issues on the spot under pressure by throwing a lot questions
