The interview was short and to the point. I fit the requirements and soon after was hired. The whole process was quick and easy and I am still at the job 5 years later.

Easy going with ED director, common triage and prioritizing questions. Able to ask questions at end of interview to get a better idea of the department. Interview was done via zoom.

I submitted my application through the Sutter Health Careers website and was only contacted for one position. The hiring manager reached out to me via phone and email and scheduled a Zoom call for a week later. However, we experienced technical difficulties during the interview. The hiring manager mentioned that staff interviews were still ongoing and that I should expect a representative to contact me within one to two weeks. Unfortunately, I have not heard back from them yet. While I believe I performed well during the interview, I am still waiting for a job offer to confirm this.
