Interview process was a nursing panel with three unit managers. It took a total of 45 minutes. It consisted of basic questions and some clinical questions. Overall, it was a smooth process.

The panel interview process is extremely intimidating. There are approximately 8 staff including, manager, assistant manager, and other nurses from the department. The manager asks most of the questions, while the other staff judge your answers.
Quick and simple. The manager called and I interviewed on zoom with them and a charge nurse. Called by HR within the hour to offer job. Good, easy experience. Expected questions.
