They explained that it would be 3 interviews: phone screen, virtual, and in-person with Retail Team Manager and Retail Operations Manager. I had a phone interview which seemed to go well. The manager said he'd call back in 1-2 weeks and did not. 6 weeks and several attempts of reaching out.

3 part: Phone call, virtual, in- person. In person interview with area manager & regional manager. Bunch of HR generated B.S. questions. Both managers were respectful however somewhat not at the same time. Was not offered job as my qualifications did not line of to what they were looking for with my management experience in different industry. Felt they were somewhat dismissive to my military service and out of touch to what the current work force actually is.
