I was contacted by a cannabis temp agency in regards to this position I had applied for at a dispensary. Phone interview went well. Was told I'd get a second phone interview same day. I did, and that went well. The guy who did my second interview said to look out for an email in regards to a third interview with someone who makes the hiring decisions. I got the email and it was from the director of stores. Scheduled the interview which was through Zoom. Come time for the interview, this lady had the attitude that she wanted to be anywhere in the world than talking to me. She was in a bad mood, which put a damper on the whole interview. She told me I was her 5th interview of the day which yeah, i get it, it gets tiring but doesn't mean you should take your bad mood out on me. After the interview, she said "You will hear back from us no later than Monday (Interview was Wednesday)." Monday came and went, no word. I just assumed it was a no. Wednesday came and the temp agency texted asking if I heard back. I said no. She said she would look into it. Finally got word back from her and she said they decided to pass. It'd have been nice to have someone email me when they said they would.
