Good communication is must. At least answer basic and show you are confident. Negotiate for good CTC during interview itself. After joining, good salary hike is very much impossible. Nice company on your middle career.

Worst company. Never attend interview with this company. They take interview just for formality sake. HR doesn't even respond after the interview. Sheer waste of time. Very unprofessional behavior from HR.
