Poor and was not individual even though the candidates was only 10-12..Interviewer was kind of lazy and Was not paying attention to every one.. They called us at 11 and interview was held at 5 o'clock, entire 6 hrs was just wasted sitting idly.

I really appreciate Synapse India for giving me opportunity. I also appreciate the way they interact with every individual candidate and provide them stress(Pressure) free environment. I have also completed my Training on ASP.NET from Synapse India. They are really so good. The interview process is very simple . There are 3 rounds of interview, Aptitude Test, Technical round and HR round. They asked only basics from C#, ASP and Sql. It's really good experience for me. This is the first company I had ever seen where everything is transparent. I want to say thanks to Synapse India.
