First, I applied and submitted a resume. Then, I was sent a link to take the "quiz," upon completion of the "quiz" I was given a phone interview. After the phone interview I was scheduled for an in person interview. The in person interview was done by two women. They began by telling me about all the great benefits they had to offer and then I was given the chance to ask a few questions. I asked around 3 questions for which they gave very detailed answers. After I was done asking questions they explained to me that they would ask preassigned questions and would be making little eye contact from that point forward because they would have to write down my answers. After the interview they asked if I had any more questions. Then shook my hand and told me they would return in a few minutes to let me know whether I was going to move along to the next step of the hiring process. This time period was nerve wrecking but it is nice to know that when you leave the in person interview you will either be offered a job or would know that you had to continue your job search.

Straightforward customer service questions. The culture initially felt friendly, but the tone shifted during the long training period. Expectations became less clear, and the environment felt more pressured than advertised.
