Final interview after FGD and online assesment. We called to a hotel to interview with 2 interviewer which are HR and Syngenta Indoensia country leader. Every candidate interviewed separately and given more or less an unlimited time. Every candidate was given a time slot to come to the hotel in the invitation latter with about 1 hour apart from other candidate, so you more or less won't see other candidate in the waiting room. After interview, you will get some souvenir.
