You fill out aforum making sure you can do basic math to weed out the idiots, then they pull you in the back and try to take you into orientation right away. They don't even offer you the job, they just want bodies at events.

They were very informative and asked a lot of good questions that got to know me and who I am. They maintained good eye contact and continued the conversation. They were very informative and helped me understand the company and their mission.
