Telephone call and face to face both very honest and transparent - really good flexibility and time to ask questions. There are a lot of variety in these roles which keep you interested and busy but means interviews need to be longer to assess capability - the time taken is appreciated...
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified

The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
