Brought in resume, got emailed, background check, went through one interview and one month of paid training and went into work right after I was comfortable and had a base knowledge of the plans and phones.

The interview was smooth. Very nice conversation from hiring manager to where it didn’t feel like an interview. Was supposed to have a second interview but they hired me from the first one.
