I applied online and it took them about 1 week to finally send me an email to take a skills test online. That consisted of taking a fake call on the computer and answering questions about how you would respond to the customer. I was called about 2 days later to do a phone interview (which went fine). Then I was called 2 days after that to come in for an interview. I thought it was a 1:1 interview but it consisted of about 20 of us doing "a day in the life" which is when you sit with a rep and listen to their calls. After that we were all offered to come back or leave (our choice). I scheduled my next interview which went well and I was offered the job as long as I pass the background check.

It’s a grueling process. Do several interviews before you go in for an actual interview. It’s more like a mixer. Meet a variety of people then do a one on one.

The interview went well, but when they asked about my desired length of stay, I explained that I wanted to stay for a considerable time, but still launch or perhaps grow the company. The interviewer then went on a rant about how they thought they would only stay at this job for a short while, and their enthusiasm seemed to wane.

After completing a phone interview there was an in person interview. There were two people doing the interview one person asked the questions the other took notes. It didn't last long and they were very nice.
