Simple, 3-step - Assessment, Tech interview, HR interview. Being confident goes a long way if you are a fresher. The assessment has 3 parts English, logic, and programming. All are simple if compared to some other companies. After selection from the evaluation, the next two interviews will pass fast, there is a well-established system that connects the interviewers and sends out emails to candidates, etc. Please note : This is all based on campus selection, not off-campus
