Interview process was quite simple. In the first technical round I was asked simple technical questions. Then I was called in office where my second technical interview was conducted.Finally HR round was conducted, which was almost kind of formality

That is insane, the most pathetic interview process ever.
- Interview was done over Skype, which already was a red flag
- The interviewer was late for 10 minutes
- The accent was so terrible that I would barely understand the guy)))
No conversation, just me talking, no follow up questions. Felt like the guy was doing his own thing, not even listening to what I was saying.
In the end just - ok, thanks, buy
Really?
I got concrete impression that all these crappy companies just create an impression of hiring process, but there are a few "ready-to-go" guys with H1B.
